If product has been damaged and mishandled during shipment by the shipping carrier, you must contact your local office of that carrier within 48 hours after delivery and make a claim for damages. After NYC Dashes, receives authorization from the shipping carrier a new product will be shipped to you.
DO NOT return damaged product(s) to NYC Dashes. The shipping carrier will pick it up after you start your damages claim.
