New York City Dashes offers a lifetime warranty against material and workmanship defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, abuse, neglect, accidents or acts of god.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Warranty claims due to improper care, abuse, neglect, accidents where NYC Dashes is not at fault will be replaced for a reasonable charge.
This warranty is valid for lifetime of the vehicle as long as the vehicle is owned by the original dash kit purchaser.
All warranty claims must be made by the original dash kit purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable.
If your dash kit was purchased and installed by a professional installer, please retain your invoice from that installer. It will be your proof that you are the original dash kit owner.
Special Note for Real Wood Product(s)
NYC Dashes produces vehicle dash kit products from natural and simulated wood materials. Please, remember that lines, seams and other variations in color or grain pattern are normal appearance of the natural wood and are not covered under our warranty.
Special Note for Real Brushed Aluminum and Chrome Product(s)
NYC Dashes produces vehicle dash kit products from Real Brushed Aluminum and Chrome materials. These products are not clear coated with poly-urethane and can be scratched or marked. Scratches, Marks and Natural wear and tear of these materials is not covered by our warranty.

A new product or components will be shipped to you once the defective product has been returned and inspected by our staff.
Please contact us at 1-866-NYC-TRIM to request a return or exchange authorization number. Any packages sent without a Refund/Exchange authorization number will not be accepted. The Refund/Exchange authorization number must be visible on the packaging.
